Join Slow Food Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands Agricultural Society, Michael's Genuine Food & Drink and guest chef Jonathan Waxman for the Inaugural Slow Food Day Grand Cayman — an event celebrating the linkage of the pleasure of good food made from local ingredients with a commitment to community and the environment. Slow Food Day will bring the whole island together in a celebration of eating locally and sourcing sustainably. A full roster of daytime and evening events pairing local chefs with local farmers, fisherman, and ranchers will be available for locals and tourists to enjoy. Proceeds support the edible school gardens.
